Following the launch of the Royal Marines Heritage Trails in Deal in 2018, the Trustees are delighted to be able to offer you a unique opportunity to buy copies of a special edition of the book entitled “Royal Marines Deal - A Pictorial History”.

First published in 2000 this 160 page book contains an illustrated history of the Royal Marines Depots in Deal and Walmer from 1861 to 1996. Photographs show scenes in Cavalry Barracks, Admiralty Mews, North Barracks and around the local area. Events featured include Royal visits, parades, barrack life and many more.

This ‘SUBSCRIBERS EDITION’ of the original publication, means that the first 300 subscribers’ names will be listed in the back pages of this edition. COPIES COST £30 EACH.

To get your name included in this special edition you must order and pay before: 31st JANUARY 2019

DELIVERY is expected in March 2020. When the shipment arrives you will be notified by email and if you live in or near Deal details will be given of where and when to collect. All orders from further afield will be sent out by post.
